Not Your Average Interview Coaching
If you're expecting a generic interview coaching session — this isn't it. There are already too many of those.
Same-Day or Next-Day Availability
The job market doesn't wait for you. That's why we offer same-day or next-day availability within 24 hours — one of the very few coaching services that does. Because the people coaching you shouldn't make you wait either.
A Completely Proprietary Approach
Most interview coaches stay generic. They ask you what you want and leave it at that. We don't. We come from the hiring side — our last hire was approximately two weeks ago. This isn't your uncle's advice. This is 2026 industry-specific coaching, tailored to your background, your role, and the real rules of the game.
360° Feedback — Ruthlessly Honest
We call it 360 degree feedback. We're not afraid to say the tough things — about prejudices, about how people read you before you've even opened your mouth, and what you can do about it. We give different advice based on your specific situation, because the game isn't fair. Our job is to equip you for it — honorably, but honestly.
What Happens During Your Session
- Intake & baseline interview — we assess how you perform under real conditions: how well you improvise, how you tell stories, how persuasive your examples are, and whether you've done your research.
- Weakness-first focus — if you have two hours before your big interview, we'll zero in on what could hurt you most and make sure it doesn't.
- Tailored preparation method — whether that's mock interviewing, theory practice, or storytelling coaching, we adapt to what works best for you.
- Written report — depending on your needs, we'll provide a report from the session.

You got it. We believe in you.

used to just read the job description and hope for the best lol. now i wouldn't show up to any interview without doing this first. the top 1% of candidates are doing this kind of prep, everyone else is just guessing
did this at 9pm, interview was at 10am. it worked lol
I went into this interview the most prepared I have ever been for anything, and came out with an offer that was higher than what they'd posted. I found out later I was up against people with more experience. The identity framing piece, choosing exactly which version of yourself to walk in as, I think that's what did it.
I keep coming back to this not because I'm bad at interviews but because it keeps making me better at them. There's always something to tighten, a story that's gotten lazy, a framing that's gone generic. The call format means I get a fresh pair of eyes every time. It's just part of how I prepare now.
I've done a lot of interviews and never had a recruiter say something like this, but at the end she told me my answers were the most clearly structured she'd heard in a while. The framework for how to signal the right things within each story is genuinely the thing nobody teaches you. Will be using this for every interview from here.
