Dima dropped out. Got into Amazon at 21 with no degree — by reverse-engineering the exact interview process from the recruiter's chair. Negotiated the offer 20% above their opening. His colleagues had Master's degrees. They earned less.

Maxime was a Business Administration student. His CV at the start listed a summer job and some coursework. Nothing that would make a recruiter stop scrolling.

We ran a StoryStack session with him first — excavating the experiences he had that actually mattered, and translating them into the language the hiring side rewards. Then we rebuilt his CV from scratch. Then we prepped him through every interview round. Then we negotiated his offer with him.

He got the role. Catalog Associate at Amazon.nl, at 19. His colleagues were in their late twenties. Most of them had Master's degrees.

Clarina was applying for a Data Analyst internship at Tesla. She was 20, in her second year of university. Most of the other 500+ applicants had Master's degrees in tech fields.

We did Emergency Interview Prep with her before the behavioral round — advanced framework, narrative engineering, intensive mindset calibration. The focus: not just what to say, but the underlying posture that interviewers actually evaluate.

She got the role. When she asked why she was chosen over candidates with far more experience and credentials, she was told: she showed the right mindset.
